نبذة عن تعريف وتاريخ النيماتودا، شكلها الخارجي وتركيبها الداخلى، دراسة بعض الوظائف الحيوية، نبذة عن تقسم النيماتودا، طبيعة تطفل النيماتودا وقدرتها الامراضية، الاصابة واستجابة النبات،علاقة النيماتودا مع الاحياء الاخرى، تأثير الظروف البيئية، طرق مكافحة النيماتودا النباتية.

جمع عينات التربة والجذور والاحتياطات الواجب مراعاتها عند اخذ العينة، دراسة طرق استخلاص النيماتودا، عمل التحضيرات المجهرية، دراسة بعض الصفات الشكلية والتشريحية للنيماتودا، مفتاح تصنيفي لاهم الاجناس النيماتودا النباتية، صبغ النيماتودا داخل الانسجة النباتية، تجربة حساسية الاصناف للاصابة بنيماتودا تعقد الجذور.
