The Omar Al-Mukhtar University Platform for Authoring and Publishing is one of the pioneering steps in the qualitative support programs for the scientific research movement at the university through which it aspires to carry out its mission in the local and international community, as it aims to prepare publications according to internationally approved specifications for editing and electronic publishing.
