Crisis and the role of leadership in strategic decision-making to confront it (conceptual study)

Abstract

Crisis and crisis management and taking the right strategic decision to solve it, is one of the most significant scientific studies in the fields of management and politics in our current time.Crisis has become an accompanied feature to all stages in the human life, and here the main problem that emerged with the study has focused on the international relations, and the role of the political lead in the strategic decision making, to manage the crisis. So, is there's any linked relation between the management and the crisis types? The study has used the descriptive and deductive methods, and has approached to many results which showed that the management has a great role in crisis leading, and solving. The crisis has become a necessity in all societies, especially in the  developing countries,  in the field of international relations. The success of the strategic decision depends on the political management's realization and its right understanding of the crisis dimensions which will help to overcome it
