Abstract

    This study aimed to identify the nature of the problems faced by student teachers at the faculty of Educatior,University of sirte,during the imblementation of bractical education.of results Next:

1-The most important problems that came to a large degree from the problems related to the educational and academic supervisor "are(the supervisos 's visits to the school where he applied practical education tonight).(The super visor does not discuss me ofter his class visit to provide me with immediate feed back on my teaching performance to develop it).

2-The most important problem related to the"student teacher "is (I did not benefit from the stage of my practical education ,because it is it depends on watching only without applying ,and not being exsposed to practical experience to practice teaching and training on skills),(negative attitude towards the teaching profession .

3-The most prominent problems related to "the nature of the practical education and training program"(the existence of agapbetween what the student teacher learns in the College of Education and what is actually in schools),Lack of interest inmodern methods of teaching such as micro- teaching ,self-learning and Programmed learning).

4-The study presented aproposed concept for developing the practical education programat the college of Education in Sirt.

5-Inlight of the study results ,the researcher concluded a set of recommendations.
