مقدمه عن انواع البكتيريا الممرضه للنبات – بقائها، انتشارها، كيفية دخولها الى عوائلها – دراسة الأمراض المتسببه عن الأنواع البكتيريه المختلفه حيث تشمل أمراض التبقعات البكتيرية، اللفحات البكتيرية، التقرحات البكتيرية، الذبول البكتيرى ,التعفنات البكتيريه, التدرنات و التورمات البكتيريه و أمراض البذور وذلك على المحاصيل والخضراوات والفاكهه وأشجار الغابات المختلفه وتشمل أعراضها, تطورها, إنتشاره و طرق مكافحتها . - دراسه عن أمراض البكتيريا ذات التغذيه الخاصه والتى تشمل الميكوبلازما والركيتسيا من حيث وصفها ومتطلباتها الغذائية والأمراض التي تسببها أعراضها، تطورها، انتشارها وطرق مكافحتها.
