Epidemiological study of intestinal helminthes in sheep

Abstract

An epidemiological study was conducted for a year to determine the infections rate of intestinal helmenths in sheep. Infections rate was 78.19%.  While the mixed infections rate was 67.615.  However the single infections rate was 32.38%. Infections rate with Trichostrongylus ssp. was 33.27%, Nematodirus ssp. was 32.38%. Trichuris skrjabini and Setaria digitata were isolated for the first time in this study.
