Abstract

This study examines the extent to which Muslim women can enjoy political rights as men. We have presented the jurisprudential opinions on the issue, recalling the evidence that each group relied on to support its claim. While some believe that they enjoy these rights on an equal footing with men, others decide to deny them entirely, while a third approach goes into detail, decides that they have some rights without others, and we have concluded that the whole issue is not judgmental As it is one of the competencies required to perform the availability of capacity and capacity for performance in full
