In its relentless pursuit of implementing its development plan aimed at achieving the desired academic quality standards, a regular meeting of the Committee for the Development of Academic Affairs, Research, and Administrative Work was held today, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the office of the President of Omar Al-Mukhtar University. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Abdalmatlub A. Bofrowa, President of the University.
The meeting was attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Secretary-General, the Registrar, the Director of the Faculty Staff Affairs Department, the Director of the Quality Assurance Department, the Director of the Graduate Studies Department, along with Dr. Ali Battaw, Dr. Abdel-Salam Al-Bukhari, and with the participation of Dr. Hussein Bougzalla, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the Implementation and Follow-up of the Digital Library Project for Libyan Universities.
The attendees discussed several key topics, including the Digital Library Project, the development of the digital repository, and the Library Management System. They reviewed the progress made in the content of the university’s electronic academic repository. The meeting also followed up on the stages of progress in the electronic transformation project for the Graduate Studies Administration at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, as part of the ongoing efforts to enhance academic and research development and achieve excellence in administrative work.
