The Office of the University Secretary General works under the supervision of the University President and is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the following offices:
- 1. The Administrative Affairs Office
- 2. The Finance Office
- 3. Office of Public Services and Relations
- 4. Procurement and Warehousing Office
- 5. Human Resources Development Office
- 6. Office of Planning and Oversight
- 7. Technical affairs and projects management
- 8. University Security Office
The Secretary General is also responsible for supervising and preparing administrative, financial, and training plans related to public services, procurement, warehouses, university security, technical affairs, and projects, in addition to the University’s annual budget. The office also chairs the University’s Personnel Affairs Committee, submitting its results for approval and following up on their implementation, in addition to chairing the disciplinary committee for university employees.
The Office of the University Secretary General also supervises annual and periodic reports related to the scope of its supervision, as well as supervising the preparation of the University’s final account, the implementation of the organizational structure, and the University’s annual staffing, and submitting them for approval. The office also periodically provides proposals to develop university processes and facilitate procedures.
