As part of the activities organized by the Animal Production Department, the students of the department and those enrolled in the Animal Production course visited the Ghout El-Sultan Poultry and Cattle Project in the Al-Abyar city on Thursday morning, December 19, 2024. The visit aimed to connect the practical and field aspects with the educational side of the related academic courses. The trip was accompanied by the trip’s supervisor, Head of the Department, in addition to several department faculty members.
The project organizers provided a detailed presentation and shared important information regarding the operations at the station. Additionally, the faculty members offered detailed explanations to the students. Due to the station manager’s request, capturing photos of the equipment and work processes was not permitted.
The Animal Production Department extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the University President for his continuous support of study trips. Special thanks are also directed to the Faculty Dean, the Movement Office, the administrative group supervisor, and the Director of the Administrative Affairs Office at the Faculty of Agriculture for their efforts in ensuring the success of this scientific trip.
