The office of the University Registrar is tasked with welcoming students who have obtained a high school diploma, or its equivalent from other secondary schools, registering them, placing them in their relevant departments, and following up on their academic status from the date of registration up until their graduation. The Registrar’s Administration also prepares student and graduate statistics in accordance with the University departments and faculties. In addition, the administration oversees the registration of international students.

The General Registrar’s administration comprises several offices and departments, including:

  • 1. Examinations Office.
  • 2. Graduation Office.
  • 3. The International Student Office.
  • 4. The Office of Social Services.
  • 5. Educational Aids Office.
  • 6. Student Accommodation Office.
