Office of Legal Affairs
The Legal Affairs Office is responsible for legal aspects regarding all issues related to administrative and academic affairs by preparing and outlining draft regulations and decisions related to the University, conveying legal opinions on the matters presented to the office, and preparing legal memorandums regarding them. The office is also responsible for drafting contracts that the University signs in addition to the agreements it concludes with other parties. The office is also tasked with overseeing lawsuits filed by or against the University, preparing the necessary legal memorandums regarding them, and undertaking assigned investigations.
