The Master’s thesis was discussed on Saturday morning, 09th November 2024, in the Moot Court Hall at the Faculty of Law, presented by the student: Fatima Osman Hassan Osman, enrolled in the Department of Public Law.
Thesis Title: The Jurisdiction of the Libyan Administrative Courts in Citizenship Cases: A Comparative Study.
