Office of the President
The University president’s office is responsible for receiving matters from the University Council or the University President and fulfilling the necessary data and information regarding them, in addition to preparing the draft agenda for the University Council meetings in coordination with its president, editing its minutes, recording its decisions, and notifying them to the competent authorities and the faculties and sections affiliated with the University.
The Office of the President also receives minutes of the University Presidents’ meetings, presents them to the University President, and transcribes and communicates their decisions, while organizing the University President’s communications and program agenda, receiving incoming correspondence to the University President, preparing and saving these communications, and providing any information the president requests, as well as carrying out any other necessary tasks assigned by the University President.
