The meeting hall at the Faculty of Agriculture witnessed, this morning on Sunday, September 3, 2023, the opening session of the twelfth discussion circle titled ‘Application of International Standards for Study Programs’. This session was attended by the university president, Dr. Abdulmatlub Ahmed Bufroua, the university vice president for academic affairs, Dr. Afdil Al-Awami, the deans of faculties, directors of departments and offices, faculty registrars, study and examination office managers, coordinators of graduate programs, and quality at the university.

Presenting the seminar program, which included the following topics:
- 1. The Bologna Process (The Road to Higher Education Development)
- 2. Implementation of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS)
This episode aims to explain the mechanisms of working with the European system in recognizing academic qualifications issued by the university, especially in equivalence programs, and organizing studying abroad for university graduates, through adopting unified and common systems that regulate the work in the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) program, in order to facilitate studying whether domestically or abroad.
