Study Summary ⬇️
This study aims to shed light on the electoral process and the disputes surrounding it, as the electoral process is considered the only democratic means to determine authorities within society. Due to the importance of this process, all contemporary political systems have emphasised it in their constitutions and regular legislations. Despite the legal frameworks established to protect it from manipulation and forgery, the electoral process still faces various disputes that hinder its progress, necessitating the presence of a neutral authority to resolve them and restore matters to their correct course. The electoral process is one of the most significant aspects of political participation, and the researcher in this study relied on an analytical approach by analysing the legal texts regulating the electoral process issued after the constitutional declaration in 2011.
