On the morning of Sunday, July 21, 2024, in the Graduate Studies Hall (General Administration building), the master’s thesis submitted by the student Abdelsalam Fadheel Mohamed was defended. The thesis is titled: “Requirements for Practicing Change Leadership Among Heads of Academic Departments at Tobruk University”.
Following a thorough scientific discussion, the thesis was approved, and the student was awarded a master’s degree in the Department of Planning and Educational Administration. We wish him all the best in his academic career.
