Field training Obstacles Encountered by the Students Majoring in Psychological Educational Counseling at the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Faculty of Education, University of Benghazi

This study aims to identify the field training Obstacles encountered by the students majoring in Psychological Educational Counseling at the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Faculty of Education, University of Benghazi from their point of view, and to indicate whether these obstacles were due the students themselves, or due the academic supervisor, or the educational supervisor, or the training institution; The study utilized the descriptive analytical method, the original community consisted of all students enrolled in the applied guidance course in the academic year 2021/2022, (100) male and female, A simple random sample of (51) male and female students was selected. The (16) supervisors, who were (8) academic supervisors and (8) educational supervisors, were also selected. The results of the study revealed that the field training obstacles related to the students themselves came in the first whereas the obstacles related to the training institution came in the second, the obstacles related to the educational supervisor came in the third, and the obstacles related to the academic supervisor came in the fourth .
