The Degree of Possession of Teaching Competencies by Practical Teaching Students at the College of Education, Benghazi, from the Point of View of Teachers in the Cooperating Schools

The study aimed to identify the degree to which students of practical teaching at the Faculty of Education in Benghazi possess teaching competencies from the point of view of teachers in cooperating schools, which relate to the following areas:( The field of lesson planning - the field of lesson implementation - the field of lesson evaluation - the field of classroom management and control), and to know the difference of the point of view of teachers - if any - in the cooperating schools according to the different study variables represented in (scientific qualification - years of experience) of the teacher, the analytical descriptive approach was used and the study sample consisted of (90) teachers who were selected randomly after determining its conditions, and the study used a questionnaire consisting of (46) paragraphs distributed over four areas, and it was confirmed that it was true and consistent, and questionnaires were entered After sorting it on the statistical bag of social sciences (SPSS) and the study revealed the following results:
1 - The degree to which the students of the Faculty of Education of Benghazi possess the teaching competencies was a small degree, and that the most important competencies were (competencies, evaluation of the lesson, then the competencies of managing and controlling the class, then the competencies of the implementation of the lesson, and then the competencies of lesson planning).
2 - There are differences in the point of view of teachers in cooperating schools towards the degree to which students of practical education possess teaching competencies according to the variable of scientific qualification in favor of teachers with a university qualification (bachelor's degree - bachelor's).
3- There are differences in the view of teachers in cooperating schools towards the degree to which students of practical education possess teaching competencies according to the variable of the duration of service in favor of teachers with longer experience than 20 years and above.
