Achievement Motivation among Special Education Teachers and its Relationship to some Demographic Variables

The study aimed to identify the achievement motivation of special education teachers in special education schools in the city of Al-Bayda, and also aimed to identify whether there were statistically significant differences between the study sample according to the variables(gender-type of disability- social status- years of experience),and the researcher adopted On the descriptive approach, the achievement motivation scale was also used, prepared by lbrahim Mesghani(2014), after verifying its validity and stability. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficien, and alpha test).the results of the study reveals a high level of achievement motivation among teachers of special education in the city of Al-Bayda, and the results of the study concluded that there are on statistically significant differences between teachers Special education in achievement motivation according to the study variables(gender- type of disability- marital status- years of experience).
