The Reality of the Practical Teaching Program at the University of Benghazi, College of Education- Al-Marj

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of practical education at the Faculty of Education - El-Marj Campus, according to the viewpoint of the faculty staff members. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and consisted of 30 faculty staff members. The questionnaire was used as a tool to determine the reality of the application in the field of application procedures, the academic supervisor, the schoolmaster and the evaluation. The study concluded that the reality of the application of practical education in its fields was at the intermediate level, and academic supervision came in the first order, followed by the field of evaluation and the field of application procedures followed by the schoolmaster. A set of recommendations related to the findings of the study was included
