An academic trip for the Civil Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering took place today, Monday 14th November 2022. Students visited the construction site of the Research and Financial Studies Centre and three banking agencies in the city of Shahat, affiliated with the Central Bank of Libya. The project is being carried out by the Industrial River Company for Pipe Industry and Constructions, supervised by Maya Engineering Consultancy. Company directors, engineers, and faculty members provided explanations to the students on the project’s development stages and conducted on-site tests. The Faculty of Engineering and the Civil Engineering Department extend their sincere thanks to the staff on-site for their warm welcome, time, and effort in guiding and answering students’ questions throughout the day.
