Conclusion of the first dose vaccination campaign against the Coronavirus

Today, Monday, 27th September 2021, the supervisory committee for the first dose vaccinations against the novel Coronavirus concluded its work at the headquarters of the General Administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University. This was done in coordination with the Pharmacy, Equipment, and Health Services Administration in Al-Bayda. A timetable for appointments was set for all locations within the university, targeting our dear students, faculty members, staff, and teaching assistants.

During the conclusion of this campaign, Professor Dr. Fawzi Abdul Karim Akrim, the President of Omar Al-Mukhtar University, honoured the mobile team from the Al-Bayda Health Services for their effective contribution in providing the vaccines for Coronavirus (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sinopharm). He also acknowledged the accompanying committee from within the university for their effective contribution and great cooperation in conducting the vaccination campaign within Omar Al-Mukhtar University. Special thanks were extended to Mr. Imran Muftah Imran and Mr. Jalal Abdul Rasoul Abdullah for their work with this committee within Omar Al-Mukhtar University.

This comes within the framework of Omar Al-Mukhtar University’s keenness to safely resume studies. It is worth mentioning that Omar Al-Mukhtar University has made several necessary preparations and arrangements for the launch of the vaccination campaign at all university locations
