Abstract

The problem of the current research revolves around the reality of the training of students/teachers and its relationship to the requirements of the implementation of the advanced educational curricula at the basic and secondary levels in the city of Zlitan. Therefore, it seeks to achieve a number of objectives, foremost of which is whether there is a correlation between the reality of teacher training students at the Statistical among students/teachers in their estimates of the level of performance of the tasks required by the training program (Field Practical Education), whether in relation to the tasks of the supervisors of practical education and the tasks of the students/teachers themselves according to the specialty variable (theoretical sciences, applied sciences), as well as knowing whether there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of practical education supervisors to the degree of availability of the requirements for the implementation of the modern.

The problem of the current research revolves around the reality of student/teacher training and its relationship to the requirements of implementing advanced educational curricula in the basic and secondary education stages in the city of Zliten. It also aims to identify a list of the most important requirements for implementing the developed educational curricula in the basic and secondary education stages, and to determine the degree of availability of these requirements, as well as to identify the reality of training pre-service teachers at the Faculty of Education Zliten, and also aims to know what If there are statistically significant differences between students/teachers in their estimates of the level of performance of the tasks required by the training program (field practical education), whether with regard to the tasks of the supervisors of practical education or the tasks of the students/teachers themselves according to the specialization variable(Theoretical sciences, applied sciences), as well as finding out if there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of practical education supervisors to the degree of availability of requirements for implementing the modern educational curriculum due to the variable (gender, experience, specialization). The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, relying on the questionnaire as a tool. The research was applied to a sample of (36) female students/teachers and (29) practical education supervisors. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant correlation between the student/teacher training program at the College of Education and the requirements for implementing the developed educational curriculum in the basic and secondary education stages. The results showed the availability of teaching tasks to implement the modern school curriculum in the basic and secondary education stages in the city of Zliten, whether the tasks performed by the supervisor or the trainee, this came according to the estimates of the trainees.

There are no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the trainees in performing the tasks required by the training program during the implementation of the modern school curriculum according to the variable of specialization (theoretical sciences - applied sciences).
